QTS, Inc. comprises professionals from all aspects of the security industry. Our management team provides our customers with 85 years of experience to draw upon and benefit from. Our Service Technicians have an average of 16 years of experience and are well-versed in our “Customer First” practices and culture. Our World Class Call Center is second to none and will always provide a pleasant customer experience. Our Customer Care Specialists know our business, understand your needs, and can work with you quickly and professionally to resolve your issues, answer your questions, or dispatch a service call.
